The fuel injection test bench has been designed to clean and analyse the performance of injectors at various speeds and conditions, along with the ultrasonic cleaning system it allows for the cleaning process to be performed.
In the course of developing the WDF6-8D digital injection test bench and ultrasonic cleaning system, great emphasis has been placed on its practical applications.
Their main usage include:
- Detect and analysis injector status, spray pattern and quality. Capable of simulating various working conditions to test for leakage and flow rates.
- Simulates all process of fuel injection functions under different work loads including various pulse widths, rotation and pressures.
- Ultrasonically cleans several injectors simultaneously.
- Reverse flush cleaning allows for the complete cleaning process.
- On-vehicle clean capability for hassle free cleaning without removal of injectors.
- Will test and clean all types of fuel injectors including domestic, European, Japan, Asian and U.S.A.
